Garima Bharadwaj

Garima Bharadwaj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Enlite since April 2018, Garima is instrumental in developing Know Your Building™, a pioneering wireless Building Automation System aimed at enhancing climate technology. Prior to this role, Garima played a vital part in the rapid growth of The Moms Co. from March 2017 to April 2018, contributing to its transformation into a major D2C brand in India. Garima also gained significant experience at OYO Rooms from September 2014 to February 2017, where efforts were focused on scaling the company across various functions. Initial career groundwork was laid at Godrej Group in business development for the APAC region shortly after completing an MBA at Great Lakes Institute of Management in 2014. Garima started the journey with an internship at Godrej in 2013.
