Faye Minty is an experienced leader in the housing sector, currently serving as CEO of Enliven Housing since January 2019, where the focus is on enhancing housing choices for people with disabilities. Prior to this, Faye held the position of Project Manager at Hume Community Housing from June 2017 to December 2018, overseeing the transition of 560 ADHC customers into community-managed housing. Faye's previous roles also include CEO of Capital Community Housing Inc. from February 2008 to February 2017, specializing in housing for people with disabilities, and CEO of the Coalition of Community Housing Organisations from January 2003 to February 2008, representing community housing providers in the ACT. Faye holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Land Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, earned between 1987 and 1992.
