Alex Tavassoli

Alex Tavassoli has extensive experience in the virtual reality (VR) industry and is the founder and Chief Product Officer of Enliven XR. Enliven XR is a pioneering company that focuses on creating VR simulations for empathy training. These simulations address workplace and societal issues such as bullying, discrimination, gender equality, and domestic violence. Alex Tavassoli's role at Enliven XR involves leading the development of the VR platform and driving positive change through increased empathy and understanding.

Before founding Enliven XR, Alex Tavassoli worked as the Senior Creative Manager at Maata Games BV from September 2015 to January 2019. Additionally, Alex Tavassoli founded Game Logics, a small indie game development company, in March 2013. Game Logics initially focused on developing its own IPs and providing work-for-hire and quality assurance services to software and game development companies. As VR technology became more accessible, Game Logics transitioned into Enliven XR.

Alex Tavassoli attended Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2013, where they studied International Game Architecture & Design. They obtained a certification in "How to Speak Up Against Racism at Work" from LinkedIn in February 2023, as well as a certification in "Supporting Allyship and Anti-Racism at Work" from the same institution, also in February 2023.
