Brady Haynes

At Enloe, Brady Haynes has served as Director of Physician Development from 2012 until 2014 and Vice President of Physician Enterprise from 2014 until 2020.

Brady’s responsibilities include system operations, physician enterprise, performance improvement and operational transformation. He has mapped a path to stability and growth with a focus on strategic planning and improving the health of the population we serve. As Chief Operating Officer, Brady works in tandem with the CEO to carry out the organization’s strategic goals as set by Enloe’s Board of Trustees.

Brady has a strong background in health care leadership, client service delivery and strategic insight. Prior to coming to Enloe, he was widely known as a successful business owner, consultant and entrepreneur. Brady has more than 30 years of experience in health care and served in the United States Navy as a Corpsman where he was honorably discharged in 1997.

Brady is passionate about developing others, creative thinking and driving innovation. He has a bachelor’s degree in business, a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in health care, and a doctorate in health care administration. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

He and his wife, Traci, are long-time Chico residents and have two sons.
