Danielle Mallia began their career in 2015 as an Intake Coordinator for Amerimed Medical Solutions and an Admissions Coordinator for Heartland Manor. In 2016, they moved to Great Expressions Dental Centers as a Practice Administrator, where they conducted finances, inventory, procedures, claims processing, and appeals, increased revenue, managed staff and office duties, maintained compliance with state and federal regulations, and marketed the practice. In 2017, they joined Michigan Forklifts as a Project Manager, where they directed essential systems of accounting, collections and human resources, increased company growth, acquired and retained customers, managed project budgets, coached project teams, performed risk analysis, and reduced organization expenditures. Finally, in 2020, they joined Enmark Systems, Inc. as a Project Manager/Scrum Master, where they were responsible for planning, organizing, allocating resources, and executing plans to successfully achieve the organizations' specific goals, facilitated scrum ceremonies, implemented agile and scrum practices, and developed metrics.
Danielle Mallia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Michigan University between 2013 and 2015. Danielle then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management from Amberton University between 2017 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in October 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in April 2020, and Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) in July 2013.
