Xavier Beaujouan

Xavier Beaujouan has over 23 years of experience in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Global Vice President of Lean/Growtth at Freudenberg Sealing Technologies since February 2007. Previous roles include Global Director of Lean/Growtth and Director of Corporate Quality, where responsibilities included managing global internal audit systems, maintaining certifications for IATF16949 and ISO9001, and upgrading the quality management system from ISO/TS16949 to IATF16949. Earlier experience includes various quality management positions at Hitchiner Manufacturing. Xavier holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Techniques Avancées, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Université d'Orsay.
