Martina Bartek

Martina Bartek, CPA, CMA has extensive work experience in the fields of finance and accounting. Martina started their career at PwC Consulting as a Training Coordinator from 2001 to 2002. Martina then worked at KPMG as a Staff Accountant from 2004 to 2005, where they audited various sectors and performed financial analysis.

Bartek later joined Alberta Health Services in 2005, where they held multiple roles. As a Financial Analyst in Business Advisory Services, they provided financial support to clients and assisted in the development and monitoring of budgets. Martina then became a Senior Financial Analyst, utilizing statistical and financial modeling tools for investment decisions. Bartek eventually became a Manager in Business Advisory Services, leading planning and strategic initiatives for production plans and operating expenses.

In 2012, Bartek joined ENMAX as a Regulatory Financial Specialist, creating and maintaining forecasting models and conducting scenario analysis. Martina later became a Team Lead in Regulatory Finance, providing leadership and overseeing the development of regulatory applications. Bartek also served as a Project Manager for the PowerPlan Regulatory Module implementation and as a Manager in Regulatory Reporting.

Their most recent role at ENMAX is as the Director of Business Operations, responsible for preparing operating and capital plans, budgeting, and identifying performance improvement activities.
