Nicole Patey

Nicole Patey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nicole has been working at ENMAX since 2019, starting as the Director of Talent Strategies & HR Business Partnering, and currently holding the position of Director of Talent, Systems & Total Rewards. Prior to ENMAX, Nicole worked at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2014 to 2019, holding multiple roles including Associate Director of Human Resources, Manager of Human Resources, and Manager of Talent Management. Before SAIT, they worked at BC Public Service from 2007 to 2014, serving as the Manager of Health Marketing & Planning and the Talent Strategies Manager. Nicole also had experience at Nintendo, where they worked as a Consumer Marketing Supervisor from 2004 to 2007. Nicole started their career at CMW Interactive, UK, as an Account Manager from 2003 to 2004 and at ACD Systems as a Marketing Coordinator from 2000 to 2001.

Nicole Patey holds a Master of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University, which they obtained in 2023. In addition, they have completed a Graduate certificate in Project Management and a Graduate certificate in Strategic Human Resources, both from Royal Roads University. Nicole also possesses a Certificate in Organizational Coaching from The University of British Columbia. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from the University of Victoria. Nicole Patey has obtained additional certifications, including being a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holding the CPHR certification from CPHR Alberta, both achieved in 2021.
