Norman Lau

Norman Lau possesses extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as the Director of Technology Infrastructure and Platform Operations at ENMAX since January 2012. In this role, Norman guides diverse teams through complex technological transformations while fostering a people-centric culture and driving strategic innovation. Prior to this, Norman held various leadership positions at ENMAX, including Director of Enterprise Solutions and Manager of Enterprise Systems and Data Management, focusing on collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement across IT operations. Earlier experience at TELUS includes roles as a Business Consultant and Strategic Resource Manager, where Norman developed performance strategies and managed resource models for large teams. Norman holds an MBA from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Calgary.
