Ernst Japikse

Ernst Japikse has extensive work experience in various industries. Ernst currently serves as the CEO of Ennatuurlijk B.V. and as the Chairman of Stichting Warmtenetwerk. Prior to that, they took a sabbatical from 2019 to 2020.

In their previous roles, they were the interim Manager of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Communication at AEB Amsterdam, where they were responsible for the commercial result, customer and stakeholder management, and internal and external communication. Ernst also served as an Interim Manager of Operations at Liandon, overseeing infrastructure construction and maintenance.

Ernst founded Solar4Asbest, a start-up aimed at replacing asbestos roofs with solar panels. Ernst also held positions as the interim Director at BAM Infra Nederland and as the Director at Stedin, where they were responsible for various departments and processes. At Nederlandse Spoorwegen, they served as the Director of Customer Service, managing multiple divisions within the company.

Ernst started their career at Robeco, where they held management roles in marketing, vermogensadvies, and customer service. Ernst was involved in restructuring teams, implementing customer complaint processes, and improving commercial results. Overall, Ernst Japikse possesses a diverse range of experiences in executive and managerial positions across multiple industries.

Ernst Japikse completed their education at two different institutions. From 1988 to 2005, they attended Leiden University, where they studied Rechten / Rechten en rechtswetenschappen. Later, in 2019 to 2020, they enrolled at Developland to pursue a field of study in Collectief Leiderschap. No specific degree was mentioned for either period of education.
