Caitlin Frace, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning from 2011 to the present. Caitlin is currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Ennoble First Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, Caitlin worked at Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. from August 2014 to August 2022. During their time at Brailsford & Dunlavey, they held various roles, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Assistant. In these positions, they were responsible for tasks such as fostering relationships with college career advisors, sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews. Before joining Brailsford & Dunlavey, Caitlin worked at Shady Grove Fertility as a Financial Counselor Team Leader from May 2011 to August 2014. In this role, they provided financial consultations to patients, maintained patient accounts, and obtained insurance information.
