Márton Varga has a diverse work experience in manufacturing and operations. Márton is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations at Ennoconn Corporation. In this role, they are responsible for the daily operations and strategic development of the company's first European production facility. Márton supervises various departments including production planning, manufacturing, engineering, quality, EHS, IT, facility management, and security. Additionally, they are accountable for resource availability, budget management, and personnel. Márton also supports the corporation's business development plans on local and global levels. Prior to this, they worked at NCR Corporation, where they held various roles such as manufacturing plant manager, S&OP & demand fulfillment manager, master scheduling manager, and master scheduler. Márton started their career at Foxconn as a senior production planner.
Márton Varga completed a Bachelor of Economics degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the College of Szolnok from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2003, they attended the Bezerédj István Commercial Vocational School where they studied Marketing & Advertisement Management.
