Leandro Peral has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing & Operations for Niagara Bottling since January 2016, where leadership includes overseeing the establishment of the company’s first international manufacturing sites in Mexico. Previously, Leandro held roles such as Supply Chain Reinvention Lead at Mondelēz International, successfully launching a large bakery facility, and Director of Operations at The Hershey Company, focusing on plant performance and corporate directives. Additional experience includes directorial positions at Alimentos Naturales Sabroza and Grupo Millco, where responsibilities included quality assurance and contract negotiations. Leandro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Wichita State University.
