Karthika Arumugam has over six years of experience in Talent Acquisition and IT Recruitment. Karthika is currently working as a Talent Acquisition at Ennuviz since 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Sr. Recruiter at Accusource Consulting, where they helped customers to trim growing & infrastructure costs and develop a lean environment. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Technical Recruiter at Flexasoft, where they integrated experienced and knowledgeable resources with various technologies. From 2015 to 2017, they were an IT Recruiter at 247Headhunting, where they were involved in full-cycle recruitment such as sourcing, identifying the right candidates, screening and placing personal in quick turnaround time in contract, contract to hire and direct hire positions.

Karthika Arumugam completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University between 2011 and 2015.
