Stefan Manghofer currently serves as the Head of Quality at EnOcean, a position held since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing product quality assurance, managing product approvals, conducting internal and external audits, and driving process improvements within electronics manufacturing. Previously, from 2006 to 2012, Stefan worked as a Project Manager in Manufacturing Engineering at TQ-Systems GmbH, focusing on customer-specific EMS projects and employing lean management techniques. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Information Technology from Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule and has received certifications in Quality Management Auditing and Representation from TÜV Süd Akademie. Additionally, Stefan earned a Master in Information Technology Engineering from the Master School for Information Technology Engineering in Munich.
