Mari Magnussen Landsem has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Mari began as a Student Guidance Counselor at the Copenhagen Business School in 2012. In 2014, they were a Summer Intern at Telenor Norge AS. In 2015, they were a Summer Intern at McKinsey & Company and a Capstone Consultant at the European Investment Fund (EIF). From 2016 to 2021, they held the roles of Junior Associate, Associate, and Engagement Manager affiliated with McKinsey's Sustainability Practice at McKinsey & Company. Most recently, they have been a Senior Strategy Advisor at Norfund since 2021 and will become the Chief Customer Officer at Enode in 2022.

Mari Magnussen Landsem began their educational journey in 2010 when they completed a Diplôme Approfondi d’Etudes Françaises from UPVD Alumni. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Copenhagen Business School and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business and Politics. In 2012, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to study International Law. Finally, Mari completed a Master’s Degree in Master of Public Administration from LSE in 2016.
