Katherine Knight, CPTD, is a highly experienced talent development specialist currently serving as a Senior Talent Development Specialist at Enova International. With a background in creating and facilitating impactful training programs, Katherine has successfully redesigned manager training initiatives and contributed to significant events such as the Chicago Women in Tech Conference. Previous roles include serving as a Talent Development Coach at Howard Brown Health and several positions at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where Katherine delivered specialized job search programs and innovative career management training.
