Rachel Cullerton

Rachel Cullerton, MPA, currently serves as the Government Relations Manager at Enova International, where responsibilities include managing government affairs for diverse US consumer lending operations. Beginning in June 2014, Rachel has progressively advanced through various roles, including Government Relations Lead and Senior Associate, focusing on policy and regulatory developments in the UK. Prior to Enova, Rachel worked as a Policy Analyst for the City of Chicago and as a Program Coordinator at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources, where significant contributions were made to environmental initiatives. Early career experiences include internships at the British Consulate General in Chicago and FEMA, as well as community outreach with AmeriCorps. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Marketing from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Public Administration from DePaul University.
