ENOVA Power
The ENOVA Group, based in Bunde and Hamburg, is a family business with 80 staff that develops, manages and invests in renewable energy projects. The company’s services cover four areas of core competence. It all began in 1989 with engineering, planning and constructing onshore and offshore wind turbines. The company’s technical and commercial management builds on this expertise, administrating ENOVA’s own and third-party wind farms throughout Germany, a process united in its own asset management software e.live. To this is added technical maintenance and servicing by ENOVA Service GmbH, an independent service provider and specialist in Enercon turbines. The portfolio is managed by Investment & Asset Management, which launched an independent power producer (ENOVA IPP) in 2017 and founded a second investment vehicle (ENOVA Value) in 2020 which focuses on the acquisition of old wind farms in Germany. As of 2021, ENOVA Value has over 100 MW of onshore wind assets in Germany and has already received repowering permits and tender awards for 40 MW. ENOVA has obtained around 1,800 MW of wind energy permits since 1989 and provides services for hundreds of wind turbines in Germany.
