Cheryl Miller, SPHR, currently serves as Vice President of People Engagement and Performance at eNOVA since June 2017, bringing extensive human resources expertise. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Broadridge Financial Services, Inc. from January 2010 to June 2017, focusing on optimizing talent, structure, process, and culture in partnership with senior leadership. Cheryl's career includes consulting through HR Consulting in 2009 and providing HR leadership at Johnson & Johnson (formerly Pfizer Consumer Healthcare) from March 2006 to December 2008 for a complex sales organization. Additionally, Cheryl was the Director of Human Resources at Schema, Inc. from January 2001 to February 2006, where responsibilities included designing and executing the HR infrastructure. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey and attended the Cornell University ILR Workshop.
