Additionally, Cheryl was the Director of Human Resources at Schema, Inc. from January 2001 to February 2006, where responsibilities included designing and executing the HR infrastructure. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey and attended the Cornell University ILR Workshop.
