Justin James

Justin James is an experienced professional with a strong background in business analytics and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Analytics at Phoenix Marketing Solutions since July 2011, Justin oversees system training, manages the enhancement request process, and supports IT prioritization for business enhancements. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Sr. Manager of Field Operations at Phoenix Marketing Solutions from August 2005 to July 2011 and worked as a Program Manager at Trademark Graphics Inc from January 2004 to July 2005. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Arts Production Management from The City College of New York, earned between 1999 and 2004.
