Douglas Kraus

Douglas Kraus is a seasoned technician with extensive experience in service and logistics. Currently serving as Lead Service Center Technician at Enovate Medical since June 2010, Douglas manages daily service orders, special projects, and oversees the assembly of primary demo units while coordinating repairs for production equipment. Previously, Douglas worked as a Product Delivery Specialist at Wiles Enterprises from February 2006 to June 2010, where responsibilities included loading, unloading, and transporting car chassis across the United States. Douglas began a career as a General Warehouse Material Handler at K-Mart Corporation from October 1986 to February 2006, leading quality control processes and managing inventory, while also operating various types of fork-lift equipment. Douglas holds a CDL License from Trainco Driving School, obtained in 2005, and completed Industry ISO Certification Training in 2014.
