Isabel Simons

Isabel Simons is a seasoned professional in product development and engineering, currently serving as Sr. Manager of New Product Development at Enovis since April 2022. Previously, Isabel held positions as Principal Development Engineer at Gener8, where responsibilities included designing and prototyping diagnostic disposables, and as Product Design Manager at DJO. Isabel also has experience as Product Development Manager at Applied Medical, focusing on endosurgery devices and regulatory requirements for production. Early career roles included Technical Programmer at the Natural History Museum and Mechanical Engineer/Drafter at Emcore Solar Energy and Fiber Optics Company, where Isabel developed 3D models and participated in web design. Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
