Lester Fortney has extensive experience in the medical sales industry, currently serving as Vice President of National Accounts and Vice President of Surgical, U.S. Sales at Enovis since January 2021. Prior to Enovis, Lester held various positions at Stryker from June 2002 to January 2021, including Director of Government Accounts, where responsibilities included developing compliance training and managing the Government sales team, and Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a sales team for Minimally Invasive Surgical products. Earlier in the career, Lester was a Strategic Program Manager focused on building relationships with medical institutions and training personnel on ethical standards. Lester began a career in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer from May 1997 to June 2002 after graduating from the United States Naval Academy in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
