Michele Pressacco

Michele Pressacco currently holds the position of Vice President of Global Surgical New Product Development at Enovis, leading international teams to drive the development of new products for Hip, Knee, Upper Extremities, and ProMade since January 2024. Previously, Michele served at Lima Corporate for over two decades, culminating as Vice President of R&D and Innovation, overseeing global Product Development, Research and Innovation, and strategic initiatives for Digital Transformation. Additional roles at Lima included Vice President of Research and Development, Director of Product Development, and Product Development Manager, contributing significantly to the advancement of orthopedic products. Michele's educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine and executive programs from Harvard Business School and CUOA Business School.
