Kim Fortunati

Kim Fortunati has over 35 years of work experience in the engineering field. They worked as a Director of Process Engineering at ENOVIX Corp. from 2013, where they are still currently employed. Prior to that, they worked at FormFactor for 15 years as a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Before that, they held the position of Director of Manufacturing Engineering at Akashic Kubota Technologies Sdn. Bhd. for 2 years. They also worked at Akashic Memories Corp. for 6 years, starting as a Process Engineer and progressing to Engineering Manager. They had a brief seasonal role as a Development Engineer at Altus Corp. for several months. Kim began their career at IBM as a COOP intern for 6 months in 1985.

Kim Fortunati earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, from 1982 to 1987.
