Emma Korchia

Emma Korchia is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience at Enovos Luxembourg since September 2014, specializing in digital projects, innovation, and product management. Emma has a strong background in Agile project management, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and change management, along with expertise in developing project specifications, managing budgets, and conducting user training. Prior to this role, Emma contributed to energy efficiency initiatives at Enovos Luxembourg S.A. and engaged in engineering studies focused on climate impact at Explicit Expertise Energies Climat. Emma holds an engineering degree from EPF Ecole d'Ingénieurs and is in the process of completing a Baccalauréat Scientifique with a focus on engineering sciences.
