Henning Rath

Henning Rath has a diverse work experience, starting as a Design Engineer at JOEST Group in 2005. Henning then moved on to roles such as Sales Manager at Kuttner GmbH & Co.KG, Technical Director at AUMUND China, CEO-Asia at Circ, and Managing Partner at Sino Valley Capital. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Enpal GmbH. Throughout their career, they have also served as an Advisory Board Member for Shanxi Heng Cheng Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. and HEJ ORGANIC.

Henning Rath pursued their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from FH Münster in 2009-2012. Henning continued their studies at FH Münster and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA&E.) in 2013-2016. In 2017-2018, they attended Stanford University to focus on Corporate Innovation. Henning Rath also obtained a certification in Chinese (HSK 3) from Mandarin House in June 2017. In 2019, they completed a program in Global Business Management at Harvard Business School. Prior to these, they studied Technical Design at Hans-Böckler College Münster from 2005-2008.
