Niels Brants

Niels Brants has a diverse work experience in operations and customer experience roles. Niels started their career at Groupon in 2011, holding various roles in goods operations and partner relationship management. Niels then transitioned to foodpanda, where they served as the Global Head of Customer Operations and Marketplace Operations. Following this, they joined Delivery Hero as the Sr. Director of Operations and later as the COO for Germany. Niels also worked as a Freelance Consultant before becoming the VP of Customer Experience at Enpal in 2021.

Niels Brants completed their VWO (Dutch Baccalaureate Equivalent) at Erasmus College Zoetermeer from 2001 to 2007, with a focus on Natural Sciences, Biology, and Economics. Niels then graduated with a BSc in Biology, Psychology, and History from University College Utrecht from 2007 to 2011.
