Tom Giese

Tom Giese currently serves as the Head of Material Planning at Enpal, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tom gained valuable experience at Tesla from September 2021 to February 2024, advancing from Material Planner to Associate Manager of Material Planning, where responsibilities included overseeing supply chains for Gigafactory Berlin and leading a team of 19. Tom successfully implemented various supply chain processes and developed a new workflow for material planners. Previous experience includes serving as a Materials Manager and Planner/Buyer at Fluke Corporation, where achievements included optimizing supply chain processes and reducing inventory costs. Tom holds a Master of Science in Operations Research from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg.
