Arjun Shankar

Arjun Shankar, CPIM, is a seasoned operations management professional with extensive experience in program management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Operations Program Management at Enphase Energy since January 2018, Arjun leads program management initiatives, including the establishment of three contract manufacturing sites in the US. Prior roles at Enphase include Manager of Supply Chain Management and Staff Planner for Supply Planning, where Arjun implemented a Drop Ship Model and facilitated the transition of supply chain operations from the US to India. Before joining Enphase, Arjun held various positions at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from June 2014 to January 2018, focusing on strategic front-end planning for Japan foundries and monitoring operational metrics across multiple regions. Arjun holds a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
