Bernhard Kühner, MBA, is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, technical support, and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service EMEA at Enphase Energy since November 2021, Bernhard has previously held key leadership roles including Regional Technical Support Manager at Kardex Remstar GmbH, where responsibilities included establishing software service projects, and Director of the Global Service Division at KACO new energy, focusing on process optimization and global service organization transformation.
