Pipalayan Nayak is a seasoned engineering and technology executive with extensive experience in leading companies and founding innovative platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Enphase Energy since August 2022, Pipalayan previously founded and managed ConversionMonk, an automated conversion optimization and web personalization platform, and LeadsPanda, a company focused on strategic content marketing solutions. Additionally, Pipalayan founded HireRabbit, a SaaS company enhancing recruitment processes for businesses. Initial career experiences include a role as a Staff Software Developer at IBM following its acquisition of Sterling Commerce, where significant contributions were made as a senior technical member. Pipalayan's career began at Wipro Technologies as a Project Engineer after earning a BTech degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 2005.
