Janice Lam

Janice Lam is a highly experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Director of Product Line at Enpro Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Janice held the position of Technical Program Manager at ASM from February 2023 to October 2025. Janice's expertise includes working as a Senior Process Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, focusing on the 14nm FinFET front-end-of-line (FEOL) process, and as a Process Engineer at Tower Semiconductor, where responsibilities included semiconductor fabrication using diffusion vertical furnaces. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Process Engineer at UC Irvine Nuclear Group, where Janice operated a uranium nuclear reactor and synthesized medical radioisotopes. Janice holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Irvine, completed in 2015.
