Naren Idnani

Naren Idnani has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to operations, supply chain, and manufacturing. Naren started their career at Endwave Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer & Operations Manager from 1999 to 2003. Naren then joined Microsemi as the Director of Operations & Empowered Official, responsible for managing multiple manufacturing sites and overseeing the supply chain. Naren worked at Microsemi from 2004 to 2014. After that, they joined Gener8 as the Director of Manufacturing Operations, where they managed the total supply chain and manufacturing operations. In 2016, Naren joined Lumentum as the Sr. Global Planning Manager, responsible for supply chain planning and revenue management. Naren later became the Director of Global Supply Chain Planning, accountable for the development and execution of the sales, inventory, and operations planning process. Currently, Naren holds the position of Sr. Director of Business Operations at Lumentum.

Naren Idnani, MBA holds a Master of Business Administration, Executive (EMBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, obtained between 2013 and 2014. Before that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSc.EE) with a focus on RF and Microwave Engineering at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1995 to 1999.
