Fredrik Tham

Fredrik Tham has a diverse work experience. Fredrik co-founded Enqlare in 2016, aiming to provide a top-notch platform for charterers, shipbrokers, and owners in the bulk freight industry. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the COO of LendLink from 2013 to 2017, which aimed to connect lenders and borrowers directly in the Nordic region. From 2008 to 2014, Tham worked at Knowit Decision Helikopter as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, overseeing significant projects in banking, retail, and insurance. Fredrik also worked at Manpower as a project manager from 2006 to 2008, responsible for system development and integration in several countries. Additionally, Tham worked as a Product Specialist & Sales Engineer at Anritsu from 2004 to 2006.

Fredrik Tham obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Industrial IT systems and Entrepreneurship from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Fredrik attended the KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2004. In 2001, they also pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at the University of Sydney for a year. Additionally, Fredrik Tham obtained certifications in QlikView 11 Designer in September 2012 and became a Scrum Master in February 2011.
