Bahar Balta has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Bahar began their career as an EU Consultant at EuroHorizons from October 2008 to March 2012. Bahar then worked as a Project Coordinator at the InTeLS-TR Project from July 2012 to December 2012. Bahar continued their professional journey as a Medical Sales Responsible at Bilim İlaç from February 2013 to November 2014. Following that, they joined Allianz Global Assistance Türkiye as a Sales Specialist from November 2014 to May 2015. Bahar then transitioned to Sensormatic Güvenlik Hizmetleri, where they served as an Account Manager from November 2015 until October 2020. Most recently, they have held the position of Senior Account Manager at both Enqura Information Technologies and EnQualify, starting in October 2020.
Bahar Balta completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations from Isik University between 2003 and 2007. Bahar then pursued a Master's degree in European and International Studies from Institut Européen des Hautes Etudes Internationales, which they completed in 2008. In addition, they obtained various certifications including Sales Skills Fundamentals, Sales Fundamentals, The Science of Sales from lynda.com in August and September 2015. Bahar also completed a Marketing for Managers Specialization Program from Boğaziçi University Lifelong Learning Center in March 2012.
