Alex Bradshaw

Alex Bradshaw is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Enra Specialist Finance since June 2025. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Head of People at rge services from August 2023 to June 2025 and was the Head of HR at London Luton Airport from February 2015 to September 2022. Earlier career experiences include HR Business Partner roles at Boeing and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, and Group HR Manager at Imtech Technical Services. Alex began a career in human resources as an HR Advisor at Laing O'Rourke and worked as a Recruitment Trainee at McGregor Boyall. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management from the University of Kent, earned between 1994 and 1997.
