Stephen Hogg

Stephen Hogg's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Enra Specialist Finance, where they oversee the company's lending and broking operations. Prior to this, they worked at Metro Bank (UK) in various roles such as Director, Business Design and Commercial Director. In these positions, they were responsible for increasing automation, developing and executing asset acquisition strategies, and overseeing change management in the commercial banking and mortgage divisions. Stephen also worked at AnaCap Financial Partners as an Asset Manager, where they established asset management capabilities for credit portfolios across multiple countries. Earlier in their career, Stephen was the Director of Technical Services at Oakwood Global Finance, where they played a key role in the development of a new mortgage servicing platform and led portfolio acquisition and securitization activities.

Stephen Hogg attended Brighton College from 1990 to 2000, where they completed their A-Levels in Economics, History, and English with all Grade A. Stephen then studied at the University of Oxford from 2001 to 2004, earning a 1st Class Honours degree in BA English Language and Literature.
