Enreach for Enterprises
Sami Roulamo is an experienced professional in customer experience and success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Experience Manager at Enreach for Enterprises since October 2021. Prior to this role, Sami held various key positions at Questback from April 2011 to October 2021, including Customer Success Team Manager, where responsibilities included leading the Finnish Customer Success Team and managing a portfolio of Enterprise customers. Sami also served as the interim Head of Customer Success Nordics, overseeing teams across Finland, Sweden, and Norway. Earlier career experiences include roles at LG Electronics Nordic, Sword CTSpace, Allianz Insurance, and Arvato Services, focusing on customer support and IT helpdesk functions. Educational qualifications include a Ylioppilas degree from Valkeakosken Lukio, a Datanomi degree from Jyväskylän Aikuisopisto, and studies at the University of Jyväskylä.
