Justin Silverman

Justin Silverman is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and investment analysis. Currently serving as Vice President of Software Engineering at Upstart, Justin leads engineering and product teams for growth initiatives, building upon previous roles such as Director of Software Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to Upstart, Justin was Director of Engineering at Wealthfront Inc., managing frontend and API engineering teams, and played a critical role in developing core financial products as a Staff Software Engineer. Earlier in Justin's career, experience included positions at Falconhead Capital, GE Capital, and Deutsche Bank, focusing on investment and debt financing across various industries. Justin holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
