Treshonda Baucom, EdD, MS

Treshonda Baucom, EdD, MS, is a dedicated mental health professional and educator, currently serving as the Owner and CEO of Enriched Life Counseling since September 2018, where responsibilities include hiring and managing clinical staff and providing leadership support. In addition, Treshonda has been an Undergraduate Professor at Valencia College since December 2018, directing course content and guiding student learning. Previous experience includes roles as Administrative Dean and Kindergarten Inclusion Teacher at Orange County Public Schools, mental health counseling internships at FAMILY LIFE COUNSELING CENTER LLC and Hope Counseling Center, and teaching positions at Lake County Public Schools. Treshonda holds an EdD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University, a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of South Florida, complemented by an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Lake Sumter Community College.
