Joe Markland is a seasoned professional in the employee benefits and HR industry with over 37 years of experience. Currently serving as Co-Founder and President of Enrichly HR, Inc. since June 2023, Joe is focused on innovative benefits models alongside partner Michael Pires. Joe also holds the position of CEO at nfor1 Inc., a company founded in January 2019 that redefines Benefits and HR services. Previously, Joe was CEO of ProHCM Holdings, LLC and President of HR Technology Advisors, LLC, contributing to multiple companies in the HR technology sector. Early career experience includes roles at StarNex, Allmerica Financial, Unum, and General Electric, where Joe developed expertise in employee benefits, sales management, and financial consulting. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Williams College.
