Mustafa Yurteri began their work experience in 2001 as a Manager at NFK. mustafa then worked as an Education Consultant at Eğitim Merkezi from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they served as the General Manager at Gelişim Yayınları from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they held the position of Education Coordinator at Smart Education Technologies. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer at PES Educational Limited, and in 2017, they became the Director at Smart Edtech, where they are currently involved in creating educational content and a learning management system.

Mustafa Yurteri obtained their Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's degree) in Matematik (Mathematics) from Erciyes University. mustafa attended Erciyes University from 1996 to 2001.
