Joe Siedel has extensive experience in the business industry. Joe began their career in 2000 as a Consultant at Bain & Company, where they worked with Fortune 500, mid-market, and private equity clients in a range of industries. In 2004, they took on a role as Business Development for Television & Film at National Geographic. In 2007, they co-founded Vitality Financial, Inc., an innovative healthcare payments company, and was later acquired by CarePayment in 2010. In 2012, they became the VP Operations at Learner's Digest International, which was later sold to Wolters Kluwer Health in 2015. Joe then took on the role of VP Sales & Operations for the Learner's Digest International Division at Wolters Kluwer Health. In 2017, they founded Keenlee, an art sourcing and advisory platform. Most recently, in 2018, they became a Principal at Glen Highlands Partners. In 2020, they became the COO of e123, a leading provider of software solutions for sales organizations.

Joe Siedel attended Huron High School from 1991 to 1995. Joe then went on to Stanford University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from 1995 to 1999. After that, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an MBA in Business from 2003 to 2005.
