Monica de Leon

Monica de Leon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Monica began their career in 2018 as a Telecommunications Intern at AHMSA (Altos Hornos de Mexico S.A.B.). In 2018, they also served as a Computer Lab Assistant at The University of Texas at San Antonio and as a PIVOT- Peer Mentor.

Monica then joined Enroute in 2019, where they held various positions. Monica started as a QA/React Developer and later became a Web Project Manager. Currently, Monica serves as an Engineering Operations Manager at Enroute, a role they assumed in June 2022.

Throughout their career, Monica has showcased adaptability by transitioning between technical roles and managerial positions.

Monica de Leon completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Cyber Security at The University of Texas at San Antonio from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they also obtained a minor degree in Digital Forensics from the same university. Prior to that, Monica attended Northwest Vista College from 2015 to 2016 and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, in March 2020, Monica obtained a certification in Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from MITx on edX.
