ENROUTE®
ENROUTE® is a complete surgical nutrition program developed to help patients prepare better and recover faster. Surgery places significant metabolic stress on patients, and conventional preparation often overlooks the vital influence of nutrition. ENROUTE® addresses the nutritional requirements of patients undergoing surgery, counteracting deficiencies and promoting anabolism. ENROUTE® supports patient optimization, facilitates rapid recovery, and provides ancillary opportunities. Using patented ingredient technologies to incorporate targeted nutrients required for surgical recovery, ENROUTE®’s complete surgical nutrition program contains two medical food products that are designed to: - Preserve muscle mass and strength - Improve bone health - Enhance immune function - Promote wound healing The program is easy to follow with ready-to-mix, pre-portioned products. As a result, patients can actively participate in their care and are empowered to recover and return to their daily activities after surgery. ENROUTE® is currently available for orthopaedic surgery patients and cancer surgery patients. Additional applications are currently in development. ENROUTE® aims to lead a new standard of care in surgery, revolutionizing the patient journey as a transformative food-as-medicine company.
