Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Jonathan started their career as an Associate Research Engineer Intern at Hallmark Cards in 1997. Jonathan then worked as an Offset Press Operator on the QE2 cruise ship, gaining international travel experience.

After that, Jonathan joined Banta Publications Group in 1998 and held various roles, including Supervisor, Digital Systems Engineer, and Support Specialist. Jonathan played a crucial role in the company's transition to digital processes. Jonathan later became the Prepress Manager, overseeing a manufacturing and technical support department.

In 2005, Jonathan moved to Banta Catalog and Publishing Solutions, where they served as a Group Project Manager, managing the launch of a new distribution center and expanding services for flat mail. Jonathan eventually became the Solutions Development Director, leading the expansion of sales and successfully meeting corporate objectives.

Jonathan continued their career at RR Donnelley in 2007, where they held the position of Solutions Development Director and later became the Director of Operations. Jonathan was responsible for developing strategies, integrating acquisitions, and streamlining operations.

In 2016, Jonathan joined LSC Communications as the Vice President of Operations, and in 2023, they joined Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization as the Vice President of Operations.

Throughout their career, Jonathan has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and management skills while achieving significant business growth and process improvements.

Jonathan Williams completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Printing Management and Sciences at the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1998. Jonathan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2002 to 2004. From 2007 to 2009, Jonathan obtained a Master of Science in Technology Management (MSE) from the University of Pennsylvania. Jonathan furthered their education in Computer Science at the University of Chicago, earning a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) from 2009 to 2016. Lastly, they completed their Master of Science in Analytics (MSCA) from the University of Chicago between 2018 and 2020.
