Lauren Xaba

Lauren Xaba has extensive experience in the hospitality and human resources sectors, currently serving as a Graduate Recruitment Administrator and previously holding roles such as Human Resources Administrator and Client Support Specialist at ENS since July 2019. Prior to this, Lauren worked at Sun International as a Floor Manager from November 2015 to July 2019, and served as a Duty Manager at Galaxy Bingo from June 2014 to October 2015. With a background beginning at Jumeirah Restaurants, where Lauren worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager and later as a Customer Service Team Lead, Lauren also gained experience as a PT Bar Assistant and Pub Assistant in earlier positions. Lauren holds a Certificate in Coaching for Performance from Stellenbosch Business School, completed between 2017 and 2018, and graduated from Eshowe High School in 2005.
