Gavin Thiel

Gavin Thiel's work experience includes:

- ENSCO, Inc. (2018-present): Gavin serves as the Business Area Lead, Onboard Software, managing a diverse portfolio of software products for the rail industry. Gavin acts as the primary interface between customers and software engineering, translating business needs into requirements in an Agile environment.

- Thorlabs (2016-2018): Gavin started as an engineer and was promoted to New Product Integration Manager/Manufacturing Engineer. Gavin led a multidisciplinary team in producing optomechanical products and managed four employees and multiple product development projects in an Agile environment.
